About

Patricia Barry Levy is a Denver based still photographer for advertising, corporate collateral, web and editorial communications. She excels at showing people in descriptive ways - often within their personal or work environments.

She consistently creates photo sessions that allow her subjects to emerge with their humor and schedule intact - and provide a unique take on their particular story. She was first a photojournalist responding to events. Now, after 20+ years, honing in on a location and thinking on her feet to make it all work are what she does best.

Recently photomontage, the longstanding medium for her personal projects, has added a fresh way to bring all the parts together in ways not possible otherwise.

Selected clients include: AT&T, Bloomberg, Charles Schwab, Coors Brewing Company, Getty Images, European Economic Union, Fidelity, Food Network, General Motors, Prudential Insurance, Qwest, Wells Fargo, Western Union.

Her dual portraits of American Indians (in traditional native dress, and in ordinary street clothes, side-by-side) previewed at the Denver Art Museum and traveled throughout Colorado for three years. She is a member of ASMP.
